1. Arriving at your location
The movers are going to start the time when they arrive at your moving place and will (disassemble if needed) and then quilt pad and shrink wrap all your furniture.
2. Loading the truck
The movers are going to load all your stuff in the truck and drive the truck to your new location.
3. Unloading the truck
Once the truck is at your new location the movers are going to unload the truck, (reassemble if needed) and stop the time once they are ready to return to our facility.
We do not have any other fees like: truck fee, gas fee, service fee.

I found these Guys right on time and without any appointment they quickly moved me to my mom after I received an Eviction Notice ! OMG ! I was in a bind for time needing to move some large heavy items and misc items and this company came through big time. I called at least 7 other companies and no one had any movers available today, but when I called moving packing group I was provide with exactly what I needed. Ellana took my call and was a sweetheart. I told her I needed help today for a move from Anaheim to garden grove and she took my information and made me feel confident that my job was going to be handled. Within minutes she confirmed that they would be sending Matt and his crew in the next 2 hours to help me with my move. Matt and his crew kept me informed 30 mins before they were going to arrive and were on time, professional, extremely helpful and courteous. They got the job done and exceeded my expectations. We had the movers pick up at our storage unit from Long Beach to Garden Grove. Worked quickly. Loaded the truck and were able to make a second stop before efficiently unloading us at our home.They were quick, careful with our belongings, and very nice.Nothing broken and the price was the best we found after multiple calls. They were flexible with scheduling and were great when I had to reschedule due to a renovation delay at our new place.

Vic and Victor wrapped each piece of furniture so everything was protected. Quite a few of my pieces were heavy and yet they maneuvered downstairs and back up at the final destination with ease. The rate quoted to us was more than reasonable compared to the other companies that we contacted, and the movers were efficient, respectful, and very friendly!They moved all our big items from our apartment to the new house, with 3 movers and 1 large truck.They also helped us pack some remaining items and even though we hadn't expected to need packing materials, I'm so glad they had plenty available with them in the truck!The customer service at the main office was also great, and very understanding when we had a potential delay last-minute (which thankfully didn't end up happening).I was very happy with the service and will be recommending Moving Packing Group to anyone I know who needs moving services.

Moving Packing was so helpful and gave us an awesome service! They came earlier than the quoted time of arrival. They were very professional and did everything so swiftly. The two gentleman that came to do the moving were very kind and professional .Showed up exactly on time and finished even a little earlier than expected. Nothing was damaged, everything was great, and they communicate with you to make sure everything goes in the right spot. The absolutely best part though was how they dealt with our extremely rude building manager. The building manager was being extremely rude to them and they were still professional and kind towards him and me. I have so much respect for how they handled the situation. Not to mention the great price. Great company will be happy to use again.

I first chose this company because their communication during the initial inquiry was fast, efficient, and they answered all my questions very clearly. During moving day they called a half an hour before arriving and were right on time. The truck was clean and we had more than enough room in the truck. Most of all the movers had a great personality and were both very efficient. Lastly, the price they charged was the most affordable as well. Can't go wrong with these guys!

The team from Orange County Moving Center were absolutely wonderful. They quickly answered every question I had and were incredibly accommodating. They were on time, careful with my belongings and super speedy! The team used wrap about fragile items and provided all the materials I needed to make the move. If i could give this company 0 stars i would. I hired moving packing co to move me from my upstairs condo to a downstairs in same complex. I just had my condo remodeled and had my hard wood floors restored. This co scratched my new floors and took 6 hours to move me. Last time i moved with same amount of stuff 3 hours. Company refuses to send anyone out to look at my floors. They said take pics and send to them.. Or we can come out in 2 weeks. Guess I'm getting estimate to fix and take to court. Do not use this company... Also they don't like it if u have animals. Animal hair makes their movers sick so they need to go home.

Pure Movers is fantastic!! Vayo and Matt moved all of the belongings from San Juan Capistrano to San Clemente. They were on time, fast and careful!! I recently hired this company to help me move a bedroom set into another house and they made moving such a breeze. My furniture was wrapped and handled carefully into the truck and unloaded and pieced back together so quickly! I was moved in and set up within 2 hours (I moved less than 10 miles in between houses in the same city). Christiano & Rich were so helpful, made sure everything was where I wanted & left no mess behind. Also, they are one of the cheapest pricing I found around the area, about $20 less an hour than most of the moving companies around LBC.Thanks Guys! I will definitely hire them again when I move. ✌🏼

Finaly this is done!Me and my husband finally got into our new place , and we are loving it!Last year, these guys helped us move from a two-story house to a three-bedroom apartment, which is no easy feat. Ivan was very responsive and great at accommodating our last-minute request to have help with packing up our kitchen.We were lucky to have the professionals, (two of them)Matt and Alex as our crew. Two-thirds of our move items were donations to Goodwill, and the crew was super attentive and made sure they understood what boxes were going where. We were very impressed with the Matt that packed up our kitchen, he was incredibly fast and didn't break a thing. We know that's a hard thing to do, so we were fully prepared to have some broken items; you can imagine how impressed we were that were none.We also had an issue where our new apartment complex didn't have door stoppers and our couch didn't fit in our elevator. The crew was good at problem-solving both those issues fast and without complaint, even if it meant hauling the coach up the stairs to the very top floor and then some.Overall, as people who are pretty picky about other people touching their stuff, we are very happy with the help we received from the crew. At one point, I remember asking if I should be helping out at all, at which Matt responded "you just need to sit back and relax." That is the feeling we walked away with after all was said and done. I hired them for an out of state move, as well as, an across town move from Orange County to Los Angeles.Both experiences.... the owner and their employees were courteous, professional, on time, great communicators, helpful, patient, hard working and overall super deserving of the 5 stars I gave them above.Happy to refer friends & family to Moving Packing Group.Will most certainly be using their services again should/when I need them :-)

So easy to work with!Our office was moving locations, and we heard great things about Moving Packing service. According to our supervisor, who booked the move, the estimating went well, and booking the move went smooth. The two gentleman who hauled our oh so heavy office desks, boxes, and filing cabinets were very nice. I believe their names were Jason and Chris. They brought their truck and carefully started moving our items out. May I add they are very strong... because these desks are not lightly built! Gee... I started breaking a sweat watching them lift. Wait..... yeah, I said it. LOL. They were on time at the first location, and then quickly and gently moved our office furniture into our new building. The guys were helpful in every way with a smile on their face, as tired as they were, I'm sure! They were also very interactive and friendly with us. I will highly recommend Moving Packing Company to any friends moving homes or their offices. They do wonderful work and have great attitudes. Thank you, Moving Packing Company!

From the first call, these guys were great! Mike walked me through the process, we inventoried the house room by room, over the phone, and he was spot on. We booked two trucks and four guys and they were the best. Matt, Nick, Raul, and George were professional, courteous, thorough and FAST! They moved everything in under 8 hours. That included disassembling, loading, driving, unloading and then reassembling furniture. The guys only took a short lunch break.
We boxed the majority of our household items beforehand to make it quick. The guys wrapped the furniture in blankets and plastic sheeting and took great care as they packed the two box trucks. When they unloaded they put all the furniture and boxes in the rooms as we directed and reassembled the furniture. I was impressed - total professional movers ! We're still unboxing and I haven't found one item damaged or broken. We moved from Anaheim Hills to Irvine.

After receiving several quites from a bunch of moving companies I chose Moving Packing Group based on the google reviews and the woman on the phone who helped me. I am so glad I chose them!These guys were hard workers, they were able to get "most" of a 2600sq ft home in one truck. They took great care in packing and unpacking everything at the new location. Very professional and great to communicate with. Always checking to see if we needed anything else done.They arrived at 8:30 and were ready to go. They were very nice and professional. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time. There was no damage to anything. The price was very affordable. This move was a breeze thanks to them. I would definitely recommend them.

I was more then impressed. The four guys worked their butts off the entire move.Hiring movers was a great idea, but hiring Moving Packing Company was an even better idea. We had to move out of our old place on short notice and they worked with us to find a good date/time on such little time. We really appreciated that because all the other companies we had talked to said they were all booked or did not book less than two weeks out.On the day of the move, our guys came on time. And they moved all our stuff out efficiently. They even took our old bed and bar stools so either them or the other guys in the warehouse can use it. Thankful for this as we did not have to deal with getting rid of it! They moved our stuff into our new home, being very careful not to scratch the new hardwood floors. They even paused at the front step with each table and chair so that we can place felt floor protectors under the legs before carrying it in. Excellent service! We highly recommend hiring this company for all your local moving services.

Reservation process was really easy, as long as you plan in advance you should have no trouble selecting your date of choice. I called about 10 days before I had to move out. Nick was courteous over the phone and very responsive once we were in contact via email. I sent them a photo of my place he replied with "We can take care of this for you!" Perfect. Matt and Andre gave me a call the day of and contacted me one hour prior to arrival and informed me that they will be on their way. Once they arrived they came to my studio to take a look at my place. What was nice was the gesture and manner they came in with. They were truly there to get the job done and they weren't there to take advantage of a desperate situation. They were able to dissemble my Ikea furniture with no problem and put it back together! I moved from a large studio to a one bedroom and total time was 4 hours and 45 minutes. I had a lot of.... stuff.... I've moved once every year and came across a lot of movers and so happy with the outcome and experience. I would highly recommend. Thank you Moving Packing Group! AMAZING moving experience!!! Moving sucks no matter what, but these guys made it as easy as it could be. Professional, polite, clean, gentle, efficient, honest...I can't say enough. They were always available and following up with me. They treated all my stuff with such care and were gentle with everything. All furniture got fully wrapped in blankets, and everything was saran-wrapped. The vibe was very positive. Leo, the foreman, guided his team with patience and efficiency. I never felt stressed or any negativity. I live in Orange County where it is hard to find good vendors and honest people where you don't feel ripped off. As a men living alone with no family to help, for no moment did I feel unsafe or taken advantage of. I even felt safe enough to leave them alone three times when I had to run errands, and one time I left them with my purse with money, and never worried that anything would be missing. They were simply amazing. I am beyond grateful and happy of how everything worked out. I was traumatized last time I moved. They are a growing company, I hope they keep up the personalized service they offered me. I recommend them and will use them again in the future. I still have to unpack, but from the big items, nothing was broken or scratch. They are expensive, but you get what you paid for and it was totally worth every penny.
